Developed by the Charleston Metro Chamber and Charleston Regional Development Alliance, in partnership with the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce and Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce, the report compiles comprehensive data from organizations of all sizes and industries across the tri-county area.

Published every two years, it reveals key trends shaping compensation strategies, benefits offerings and workforce planning, giving employers the insight they need to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
